We do not promise a specific processing time or arrival date, a free-shipping threshold, a carrier, or a ship-from warehouse or country. Any estimate shown at checkout or in an order update is an estimate and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Every Restaven Sleep order leaves our fulfilment partner with a tracking number, and we email that number to you as soon as it is issued.
Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated delivery for United States addresses is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking numbers can need 24–48 hours to show their first scan. If a tracking number has not updated for 30 business days, contact us and we will reship the order or refund it.
We can change or cancel an order only before it is picked. Contact us as soon as possible and we will tell you whether the order is still open.
